Yes! And this is one of Sportgo Lite's coolest, most unique features. Sportgo Lite’s Position Assistant allows you to create positions in any structure you like and for any sport, and subsequently, players responding to invitations are slotted into the positions you set for them under the Roster menu.
This works well for making sure you have the right number of specialist players, such as goalies and/or pitchers, quarterbacks, etc.
To create positions, log-in and select the Position tab on the Navigation bar.
For example, using the Position Assistant to allow for exactly two specific positions, like goalies, is possible by doing the following:
What you can do here is create two positions for your goalies
1. 1st Goalie
2. 2nd Goalie
You would then set the Min/Max for each Goalie position to 1/1.
Next, apply 1st Goalie for all your goalie's Primary Position, and 2nd Goalie for all their Secondary Positions.
This will then mean that when your first goalie goes to sign-up for an event the first will be assigned their Primary position (1st Goalie). Now there will only be one goalie position available (2nd Goalie). When the next goalie goes to sign-up, they are going to be provided their Secondary position.
Following this, the 3rd Goalie will not have any available positions to sign-up for and will be locked out from signing up.
